There are chance's that 10-15 % of the pick ups don’t happen on the given day, what do you do in this case?

Pick up numbers are valid only for that day, this means if you schedule a pick up and the courier guy doesn't turn up on the same day, he won't come up next to pick up the same till the time you reschedule the same.

How do you reschedule?

 1.Fedex and Aramex: Reschedule the pick up using the reschedule pick up button from the AVN dashboard( please see the screenshot below)

2. Delhivery - Email the AVN consignment number and tracking number to and they will reschedule the same
