If while scheduling consignments you get the consignment fees as NaN (Refer to the below screenshot) 

Resolution for the same would be :-

1- Check if the pin code is serviceable.

2- Check if any of the address fields are blank or have more than 35 characters.

3- Check if you have followed the sequence of scheduling consignments.

     A) Client Details 

     B) Delivery details 
     C) product and shipment details 

     D) billing details

After checking the above options please refresh the page and try scheduling consignment again.
