Yes, it is absolutely possible to have two different email ID’s and contact numbers.
You can use one email ID and contact number for all the store notification. You just need to go to Store Info Option.
Manage tab à Content à Store Information à Personal Notifications.
And the other email ID and contact number can be used for the Customer Support which will also be shown in the get in touch section at the footer part of your homepage.
