Yes, you can use two separate email ids for support and to receive notifications emails.
Follow the steps below to set the two different email ids.
Step 1: Login to Zepo Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Manage> Content > Store Information
Step 3: Under the section Customer Support & Notifications > Support Email ID enter the email address you want to display on the store as the support email id.
Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save and update button to save the changes.
Note: You can follow the same procedure for the phone numbers too.
