In an online shop it is obvious that we might have to employees to work on the site. But in the current system we are given just 1 Login Username & Password which we have to share with our employees in order to enable them to work. My suggestion is:
There should be a feature of Employee's Login, where he/she gets a separate User ID and password to work on the dashboard. Also, important options like delete items/categories/etc should be disabled for this account.

We'd requested for the similar idea earlier as well. It is wise to have an employee id with which he can carry out day to day operations.
